Today I read in an article about Philips new innovative idea. They are planning to make 3D TV’s but you need not require special glasses to watch the TV. The prototype of the new three dimensional TV combines slightly different angles of the same image to create video that appears to have different depths. Even the actual 3D effects are also made in similar fashion but we do need special glasses to feel the effect of 3D.

The company had recently shown some models of a low-energy water purifier for use in developing countries. They are using ultraviolet light for the water purifier. The device comes at very lower price. They have also shown a flat light that is transparent like ordinary glass until it is turned on. We cannot really see it unless we turn it on. That really looks awesome. For this they are using LED’s for the illuminating glass surface.
